Dr Martin Boult
Founder & Psychologist

Martin has worked as a psychologist, consultant, manager and researcher in the field of executive leadership and organisational psychology since 1998. He works with C-suite leaders, executive boards and management teams to align their leadership, strategy and cultural norms to achieve business objectives. He is an associate faculty member of executive education institutes in Australia and overseas where he works with leaders individually and in groups on Executive MBA programs. His clients consistently value his ethical, professional and engaging facilitation style, frequently entrusting him with ongoing engagements.

 

Martin has been engaged by public and private sector organisations from diverse industries including, Australia Post, Qantas, Boston Consulting Group, Melbourne Business School, Monash Business School, Nova Entertainment, Freudenberg, CXC Global, City of Boroondara, Royal Australian & New Zealand College of Radiologists and China & European International Business School. He has developed a reputation for engaging audiences with his practical insights about human psychology, leadership and teams. Martin frequently presents at international conferences, corporate events and online learning forums. His work and experience regularly feature in the media and podcasts, including ABC Radio: This Working Life, Disrupt Radio, Association for Talent Development and HR Daily. Martin is constantly seeking ways to improve the lives of his clients by integrating his qualifications in clinical neuropsychology and his experience working as a psychologist with diverse country and business cultures. He is on a mission to continue enhancing leadership and people's well-being in the workplace through his ongoing research of evidence-based well-being strategies.

 

Martin's qualifications are:

  • Registered psychologist with AHPRA

  • Doctor of Psychology, Clinical Neuropsychology, (University of Melbourne) 

  • Bachelor Behavioural Science (Honours)

  • Member of Australian Psychological Society.
